After a lively discussion about the C7 Feasibility Study report at our parish council meeting on 7 March 2023, we have submitted our formal response to East Sussex County Council. Describing the report as ‘an institutional shrug of the shoulders’, I attempt to convey the anger and frustration felt in the parish at the continued lack of effective response from the highways authority.
