A planning application has been submitted for some 400 dwellings plus commercial floorspace at Harbour Heights in Newhaven.
The development site encompasses both brownfield land at Quarry Road and clifftop land beyond Court Farm Road allocated in the Local Plan. The proposals can be found on the Lewes District Council website here. Comments in support or objecting to the plans can be lodged by 31 August here.
